Paired is an AI cigar sommelier that sits on a retailer’s own catalog. A customer describes what they like — a brand they’ve run out of, a drink they’re pairing, an occasion — and it returns matched cigars from your inventory, with a reason attached to each one. It is the difference between a search box that needs the right keyword and a knowledgeable person behind the counter.
